What ac-stuck does
and how it protects your server

A short guide for server owners: what the anti-cheat is for, how it protects your server, and what this website does for you. It explains what each layer protects, not how it works inside.

Overview

An anti-cheat that lets your server decide

ac-stuck is an anti-cheat resource for FiveM servers. You install it like any other resource. It runs on your server and inside every player's game.

Cheat menus run inside the player's game, where they can change almost anything. ac-stuck does not try to win that fight on the player's computer. It moves the important decisions to your server, where cheats cannot reach, and treats anything the player's game reports as evidence to check, never as the truth.

Objective of ac-stuck

What ac-stuck is for

ac-stuck has four goals. Every protection layer serves one of them.

Stop common cheats

Fake and replayed server events, event spam, invisible explosions, effect floods and injected scripts are the everyday tools of cheat menus. ac-stuck blocks or reports them.

Make cheating visible

Every detection is logged to your server console and your Discord with the player's license ID, and every kick is saved to a report file. Your staff act on facts, not guesses.

Be fair to real players

Most detections add to a score that fades over time, so one false alarm does not get a fair player kicked. Staff can be excluded, and score-based kicks start in log-only mode while you tune.

Never run unprotected

If a player's guard stops responding, that player is removed. With the optional txAdmin watchdog, players are also disconnected if ac-stuck itself stops, instead of playing on an unprotected server.

How it protects

Five layers of protection

Each layer covers a different way cheats attack a server. Whatever the player's game reports, the final decision is always made on your server.

  1. Signed events

Events you protect must carry a signature that belongs to the player's own session. Events fired straight from a cheat menu without one, or replayed from earlier traffic, are rejected before your script runs.

  2. Server-side gameplay checks

Your server checks explosions, particle effects, fire and projectiles before other players see them. Invisible or boosted explosions and effect floods are cancelled. Extra spawn and movement checks can be switched on once they are tuned for your server.

  3. Event flood limits

Each player has a limit on how often they can trigger events in your protected resources. Spam is reported, and anything over the hard limit is dropped before it reaches your scripts. Trap events that a real player never sends report anyone who fires them.

  4. Tamper and injection detection

The guard watches the player's game for changed core functions and for scripts your server never started. It reports them to your server, where they are scored.

  5. Heartbeat and watchdog

The guard must keep checking in with your server. If it goes silent, for example because a cheat stopped it, the player is removed. If ac-stuck itself goes down, the optional watchdog disconnects players until it is back.

When something is detected

  1. DetectA layer blocks the action or reports it.
  2. ScoreThe player's score rises by how serious it was, then fades over time.
  3. ActWhen the score reaches the limit, the player is kicked.
  4. RecordDetections go to your Discord. Kicks are also saved to a report file.

Blocking works from the first start. Only score-based kicks wait for you: a new install logs them instead of carrying them out until you switch them on. Admins can list flagged players and kick them by hand from the server console or in game.

Objective of the website

What this website is for

This website is the home of your ac-stuck license. You sign in here, get your key, choose which server it runs on and download updates.

Sign in with Discord

No extra password to remember. Your Discord account is your ac-stuck account, and your first sign-in creates it.

Your licenses

See each license key with its plan, status and expiry date, and copy the server.cfg lines you need.

Server IP

Register the public IP of your FiveM server. A license only runs on its registered IP, so one license protects one server. IP changes have a short cooldown.

License check

Your server confirms its license and IP with this website when it starts and about once an hour. The dashboard shows the last check and what to fix if something is wrong.

Downloads and updates

Download the latest ac-stuck release. When an update becomes required, the dashboard and your server console show the date older versions stop being accepted.

Buyer role

When your license is created, you get the buyer role on the ac-stuck Discord server automatically.

Getting started

  1. 1

    Buy a license

Your license is created as soon as your purchase is confirmed.

  2. 2

Sign in with Discord and open your dashboard.

  3. 3

    Set your server IP

Enter the public IP your FiveM server connects from.

  4. 4

    Install

Download ac-stuck, add your license key to server.cfg and start your server.

Good to know

What to expect

  • It is not a kernel anti-cheat. Cheats that run outside the game, at kernel or hardware level, are out of reach for any FiveM resource. ac-stuck closes the common attacks and makes the rest visible.
  • Keep your own checks. ac-stuck protects how events reach your server. Your scripts should still check amounts, ownership, distances and cooldowns.
  • Tune before you enforce. Play a normal session in log-only mode, review what was flagged, then switch score-based kicks on.
  • If this website is down. A server that was already verified keeps running for up to 24 hours. A fresh start keeps retrying for 10 minutes.
